How request information is used.
A short explanation of the information collected by these website forms.
What the forms collect
Contact forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, and message. Booking requests also collect scheduling preferences, cities or destinations, number of children, and their age range. Please do not enter children’s full names, medical records, or payment information.
Where requests go
Requests are stored in United Kidz’s existing Wix Forms dashboard and may create or update your business contact record. Authorized business staff can review them, and Wix sends submission notifications using the business’s existing staff notification settings. Your information is used to review and respond to your inquiry. A submission does not confirm a booking or take payment.
Abuse prevention
The server temporarily uses a hash of your email address to limit repeated requests and a hash of your submission to reduce duplicate retries. Wix screens submissions for spam and may ask you to complete a Google reCAPTCHA security check. The form does not save drafts in your browser. Wix and the security check provider may process technical request data to operate and protect the website.
