What areas do you serve?
We are Saint Paul based, with extended areas available. Contact us with your pickup and destination to confirm route availability and any extended-area fees.
What ages can you accommodate?
Our home page lists pre-k through age 16. Transportation arrangements depend on age and assistance needs, and younger children may be accommodated in advance. Day trips are for ages 4 and up who are pre-k and potty trained. Please confirm eligibility with us.
Does Nanny on the Go include in-home care?
No. This is a Nanny on the Go childcare service providing supervised activities and support outside the home. There is a three-hour minimum booking.
How do I confirm a booking?
Start with the booking inquiry or call us. We’ll review your dates, route, needs, and availability. Submitting an inquiry alone does not reserve a place.
Are weekends available?
Saturday and Sunday are closed unless otherwise noted. Ask about any specially scheduled weekend services.
What should I discuss before my child’s first ride?
Discuss pickup authorization, car seats or boosters, allergies, individual support needs, emergency contacts, and current cancellation and safety policies directly with United Kidz before confirming.
