Scheduled One-Way (Morning or Afternoon): $15 per ride

Scheduled Round Trip (Morning + Afternoon): $25 per day

Weekly Round Trip (Mon–Fri): $120 per week,

Monthly Package (Mon–Fri, round trip): $450 per month, No additional $1.00 per mile fee

Per Ride (on-demand, if space available): $20 per ride

Be sure to check with your daycare provider or your child's school to see if written permission is needed for us to pick up and drop off your child(ren).

Child Identity Confirmation: We confirm each child’s identity at pickup using a parent/guardian-provided password and or pre-confirmed photo (if provided).

Pricing

Local Day Trips: $20 – $30 per child includes transportation and guided supervision

Extended or Special Day Trips: $25 – $35 per child Ideal for outings with longer distances or ticketed attractions

Extra Services
Are you a stay-at-home parent or homeschooling family looking for fun, educational eperiences for your kids? United Kidz Transportation Nanny LLC now offers safe, supervised day trips designed just for you.

Seat Belts Required – All children must remain seated and buckled at all times. Car seats/boosters will be provided for children under 8 years old, unless otherwise arranged.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off – Parents/guardians must be prompt and present at designated pick-up/drop-off locations. We allow a 2-minute grace period.

Behavior Expectations – We promote a respectful, kind environment. Children must follow staff instructions to ensure everyone’s safety.

Health & Wellness – If your child is sick (fever, vomiting, or contagious illness), please keep them home for the safety of others.

Cancellations/No-Shows – Families must notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Emergency Preparedness – All drivers are CPR/First Aid certified and vehicles are insured, licensed, and inspected regularly.

Communication – Parents will receive text/email updates for any delays, changes, or emergencies.

Canceled services after UKT Nanny has arrived, you will be charged 100% of your rate.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before their scheduled ride or day trip will incur a $5.00 cancellation fee.
